Feds discover Financial Aid is complicated

U.S.Secretary of Education Margaret Spellings has discovered that filling out financial aid forms is harder than filing your taxes.

Right after that she discovered college is too expensive.

Never fear the federal government is coming to the rescue with a grid system to compare colleges and a "no college left behind" plan to ensure that you get your moneys worth. Hey if you were smart enough to fill out that financial aid form you are definitely smart enough to choose a college.
